Hannah Lowery 1969 - 2023
Hannah was the archivist responsible for the Allen Lane Collection at the University of Bristol Special Collections and had been a Trustee of PCS since 2014. She was an authority on all matters Penguin and had supported numerous students and researchers with their studies. She had battled with her cancer for many months and when some of us met in May we thought her treatments had been successful, but sadly not. At the tender age of 54 she died on the 5th August. Our thoughts are with her family and friends, rest in peace Hannah, you will be greatly missed.
